Sue Johnson

Director
Superadditivity

Sue Johnson is the founder of Superadditivity and an accredited LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, helping teams think differently, solve problems creatively and work more effectively together.

Sue began her career in logistics as a Distribution Graduate at Sainsbury's before spending 18 years with Nestlé, leading supply chains in the UK and later holding global leadership roles in Customer Service and Inclusion in Switzerland. She has also led the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consulting practices at both Odgers and PwC, working with organisations across industries and international markets.

Having often been the only woman on site early in her career, Sue is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces where everyone can contribute and thrive.

Through Superadditivity, Sue delivers bespoke LEGO® Serious Play® workshops that help teams tackle challenges relating to communication, trust, team dynamics, strategy, culture and change. By using hands-on model building and storytelling, the methodology encourages participation from every individual, creating psychological safety, unlocking creativity and generating shared understanding. The result is greater engagement, clearer thinking and practical actions that teams can take forward with confidence.
