Joann Robertson is a transformative supply chain leader with over 25 years of experience in defence, logistics, manufacturing, and transportation. She currently serves as Head of Supply Chain Transformation at Babcock International and Non-Executive Director at CILT UK. Her expertise spans operational excellence, strategic change management, and supply chain optimisation.
Previously, Joann led logistics support for the UK Ministry of Defence, managing £480M in commodities and optimising a £500M Maritime Forward Inventory. Her leadership during COVID-19 resulted in zero productivity loss and a new operating model that reduced costs and improved efficiency.
Joann made history as the first woman Operations Manager at Scottish Courage, leading 400 staff and 3,500 accounts. At British Steel, she drove change initiatives that increased production and achieved significant cost savings.

Charlotte Morley is a Supply Chain Professional, Chartered Engineer and People-Champion in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.
She started her career as a graduate trainee at Unilever where she built experience across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics including manufacturing site-leadership, transformation project-management and taking the FTSE’s largest company out of the European Union as the Brexit Programme Director.

Ellie is the Head of Intralogistics for Loadhog, a manufacturer of returnable transit packaging and automation containers.
Starting her career with Loadhog’s sister company Gripple, Ellie began her career as a graduate trainee. With a brief stint in Canada working on flagship construction projects, she returned home to Sheffield in 2022 and joined Loadhog.
Now, Ellie leads Loadhog's newest sales division, where she’s driving innovation in packaging solutions for automated warehouses.

Claire is the Group Recruitment Manager at Woodland Group, a leading independent supply chain company with a global reach.
With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, she is responsible for shaping the company’s Employer Brand strategy and attracting top talent.
