Ian is a Fellow, coach and mentor of both the CILT and the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and is passionate about empowering businesses and individuals through innovative solutions that drive meaningful transformation.


Ian founded EISOP in 2023 with a mission to help organisations thrive by addressing complex challenges with tailored strategies. With a wealth of experience in HR, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operational leadership roles, Ian has a unique blend of People and Operational skills. His expertise is backed by over 30 years of experience with leading organisations like Premier Foods, Coop Retail, Culina Group and Itochu Corporation to name but a few.

Since 2009, Emma has been actively involved with Women in Logistics, beginning during her tenure leading logistics and supply chain recruitment at Michael Page. Through this ongoing work, she champions diversity and inclusion while developing deep expertise in sector-specific talent challenges.
