Nadine Lewis

Logistics and Warehouse Manager, Europe

Nadine Lewis has worked for several organisations in various supply chain roles, starting as a production planner for Kimberly-Clark (paper industry), followed by roles as Supply Chain Manager at Shell Oil, Holt Lloyd International Ltd (car care industry), and Icopal Ltd (roofing solutions).


Nadine later moved into the food industry with an interim role at Dr Schaer (gluten-free manufacturer) and now serves as the Regional Logistics and Warehouse Manager for a division of a global company.


Nadine has managed remote teams, written and implemented process changes, and played a key role in the implementation of new management systems (SAP) at Tate & Lyle Mold UK Ltd. Her work also includes the relocation of a warehouse and production prep facility, management of COVID restrictions, maintenance of supply, navigating Brexit for European customers, and overseeing Product of Animal Origin shipments across Europe and the Middle East.


In addition to her professional achievements, Nadine is the honoured recipient of the Lord Wakefield Challenge Trophy, awarded to a woman for outstanding performances or services to motorsport by the British Women Racing Drivers Club. She was the first female Chair of the British Motorsports Marshals Club in over 60 years and represented volunteers in motorsport by presenting Sergio Perez with his 2nd place trophy at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in 2022.



Fliss O’Hara

Fliss O'Hara started her career in the aerospace industry, where she became CIMA qualified, before then moving into the logistics and fulfilment sector, starting her logistics journey as an Operational Support Manager within Tesco Distribution.


Fliss then moved to Clipper Logistics as an open book Finance Manager working with a variety of companies from large corporates to smaller owner-managed businesses. She also supported new site teams, start-up operations and new business RFPs before moving into the Business Development Director role to establish and lead the new business function.


In 2023, she joined Whistl Fulfilment as Commercial Director before taking the Managing Director role in 2024.

 

With a strong operational and finance background, Fliss aims to provide customers with flexible and scalable solutions to support their growth plans - with a partnership approach at the centre of customer relationships.

 

Fliss is a board co-sponsor for Women of Whistl (WOW), focusing on equality and opportunity for all, as well as how to encourage more women into the logistics world.



Lisa Walton

After stepping away from PwC in the early 2000s to focus on her family, Lisa Walton found a new professional path in the logistics sector with tmWare.


Drawn to the company’s ethos, she takes pride in supporting businesses through its innovative, cloud-based warehouse and transport management systems. Developed in-house and enhanced by Android applications, they are all created in the heart of the Midlands.

 

With a strong focus on customer experience, she ensures that every client receives exceptional service. While tmWare’s expert Support and Development team handles the technical side, her role is to build relationships, understand each customer’s needs, and help deliver solutions that truly make a difference.

Lisa Montague

Lisa Montague brings over 36 years of experience in the logistics industry, having built a dynamic career from her early days as an indoor salesperson to holding senior leadership positions.


Her journey spans a broad spectrum of logistics sectors, including UK overnight parcels, same-day courier services, special projects, international courier, and freight operations.


Throughout her career, Lisa has witnessed the industry’s evolution first-hand, embracing new technologies, expanding service capabilities, and championing customer-driven innovation. Her long-standing commitment to the sector and wealth of commercial expertise reflect a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities.


A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Lisa is particularly encouraged by the progress she has seen for women in logistics over the decades - and remains optimistic about the future.

Over the past four years, she has focused on the automation segment, supporting clients with high-quality service and a deep understanding of their operational needs. Now in internal sales management, Sapphire is committed to delivering exceptional customer care and building strong, long-term relationships through responsive and reliable support.

Lucie Dobeer

Lucie Dobeer is Unipart’s first-ever female Head of Automotive, a milestone that reflects both her leadership in the industry and Unipart’s commitment to championing diversity in logistics.


In this role, she leads business development within the automotive sector, with astrategic focus on electric vehicle (EV) battery logistics.
 
Lucie brings a strong foundation in sales and deep expertise in global distribution, account management, and multimodal solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers, honed during her tenure at DB Schenker.
 
A passionate advocate for innovation and inclusion, Lucie is energised by the industry’s shift to electrification and is driving Unipart’s unique EV lifecycle proposition, one that places world-class manufacturing capability at its core.

Christina Morgan

Christina Morgan is a Business Development professional working across the UK and Ireland, with over 15 years' experience spanning consulting, FMCG and automation. 

 

She began her career working with executive teams on strategy, transformation, and operational performance, and has since built a reputation for combining strategic thinking with practical execution. She supports organisations in shaping clear commercial propositions and making confident, well-informed investment decisions. 

 

Most recently, Christina has joined Toyota Automated Logistics, where she focuses on building strong relationships with customers and partners working closely with them to identify where automation can unlock measurable operational and commercial value. She has a particular interest in the role of automation in warehousing and logistics, and in how evolving technologies can be applied in practice to improve efficiency and performance.

 

Christina is passionate about developing people, and enjoys coaching and mentoring others as they progress in their careers. 



Sara Duff

Sara Duff has over 30 years of experience in marketing, business development, and sales management within the corporate telecommunications and IT sectors. Throughout her career, she has seen first-hand the benefits of working in organisations supported by well-established policies, processes, and systems.


In 2019, Sara co-founded Smart Quality Services with fellow director Richard Duff to help B2B businesses implement best practices, robust structures, and effective processes that drive greater efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth.


Through the company's Smarter Warehouse consultancy division, Sara works with organisations to optimise their end-to-end supply chains by implementing cloud-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), and Dock Management and Scheduling platforms.


Smarter Warehouse is the exclusive UK distributor of the TBO4 Warehouse Management System, a platform successfully implemented in more than 300 businesses worldwide. TBO4 integrates seamlessly with a wide range of ERP systems, drawing on additional expertise from sister company Smart Manufacture.

Arlene McArthur-McCallum

Arlene McArthur-McCallum is an experienced logistics and transport professional with a career spanning more than 26 years across transport, customs, compliance, logistics, business development and senior operational management.


Arlene is currently General Manager at McConaghy Refrigerated Distribution Ltd, overseeing operations across Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Arlene brings extensive experience in leading complex transport and logistics operations, with particular expertise in Refrigerated Distribution, customs, compliance, supply chain management and cross-border trade.


Since the introduction of Brexit, Arlene has developed significant expertise in customs and regulatory compliance, holding senior positions including Customs Manager and Customs & Compliance Manager Lynas Food Service Northern Ireland and Scotland. Her career has also included senior roles with McCulla Ireland, DFDS, BPerfect Cosmetics and Warley Carriers.


Throughout her career, Arlene has built a reputation for being highly operational, commercially focused and solution-driven, with a particular strength in bringing people, processes and technology together to solve complex business challenges. Her experience spans key account management, transport operations, business development, customs compliance, central services and general management.


Alongside her logistics career, Arlene is also Creative Director of Naughty Nails Antrim Nail Salon, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business.


Arlene is passionate about leading and developing strong teams, improving operational efficiency and finding practical solutions to complex logistics and compliance challenges. Her career reflects a willingness to step outside her comfort zone, embrace new challenges and continuously develop across a range of industries and senior leadership roles.
