Amanda Dudley is Joint Founder of Peak Talent Partners Ltd and a senior resourcing and recruitment specialist with over 10 years’ experience delivering senior and executive hiring solutions across the supply chain and logistics sector.

She has led complex, multi-site recruitment programmes across Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences and Healthcare Logistics, most notably as Head of Resourcing for DHL Supply Chain UK & Ireland. In this role, Amanda partnered closely with Managing Directors, VPs and C-suite leaders to appoint critical leadership and specialist talent across the UK and internationally.

Amanda brings extensive expertise in building, transforming and optimising recruitment functions. Her career highlights include leading the successful implementation and go-live of a new recruitment system across DHL, supporting more than 4,500 hiring managers; establishing and integrating an offshore recruitment team for Williams Lea in India to reduce cost to hire; and serving as Project Mobilise Workstream Lead during Covid, coordinating the redeployment of more than 2,000 DHL employees to maintain operational continuity.

She is also recognised for her leadership in military recruitment, having served as Military Recruitment Lead and an active member of the DHL Military Steering Group. In this role, she was instrumental in achieving the ERS Gold Award, recognising outstanding support for the Armed Forces community.

Alongside her recruitment leadership, Amanda also held a VP Human Resources role within Life Sciences & Healthcare, further strengthening her ability to assess leadership capability, organisational fit and long-term impact within highly regulated environments. An accredited Insights Practitioner since 2017, she is experienced in facilitating team sessions that enhance communication, collaboration and performance.

Anne Tolfree is Joint Founder of Peak Talent Partners Ltd, a specialist executive search and senior recruitment consultancy focused exclusively on the supply chain and logistics sector.

With over 20 years’ experience in senior and executive-level recruitment, Anne has built her career delivering leadership appointments across some of the world’s most complex operational environments. She spent more than a decade in senior talent leadership roles at DHL Supply Chain, where she was responsible for recruiting senior management, executive and Board-level leaders across the UK, Ireland and international markets.

Passionate about building strong and inclusive company cultures, Anne became an accredited Insights Practitioner and completed Facilitator training, enabling her to support the rollout of a range of organisational initiatives, including diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) and culture change programmes.

Anne has led executive search across supply chain, logistics, operations, HR and corporate functions, partnering closely with C-suite and senior functional leaders on critical leadership, succession and transformation appointments. Her experience includes appointing Managing Directors, senior operational leaders and executive specialists, often within high-growth, change-led and turnaround environments.

Having operated as a senior in-house talent leader herself, Anne brings a valuable client-side perspective to executive hiring. She understands the commercial pressures, governance requirements and cultural considerations that underpin successful senior appointments, enabling her to act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.
