COACHING

Lisa Christie | Executive Coach and Trainer

Lisa is a Coaching Psychologist with 15 years’ experience of coaching and training senior and emerging leaders across a range of industries including logistics, banking, professional services, law, FMCG and the military.

Founder of genpotential, she has been working with logistics organisations since 2020, giving leaders the tools to become more confident and effective in:

  • Leadership:  Including: delegation, communication skills, leadership styles, tricky conversations, motivation, confidence and workflow management (planning, prioritisation, time management, organisation)
  • Bridging generation gaps: Understanding how to attract and retain under 25s, and bridging generation gaps so that team members of all ages are motivated and work effectively together.
  • Managing neurodiversity: Giving leaders the tools to support and motivate employees with ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia, and creating a neuroinclusive culture where all team members are performing at their best.

Specific challenges Lisa has helped logistics leaders with include: stepping up from being a great operator to being a great leader, effectively engaging under 25s, managing perfectionism, keeping teams motivated through regulatory change and having difficult conversations with suppliers, customers and team members through performance management.

To quote senior leaders: “I don't know a single person in my professional or personal circle that would not benefit from Lisa's coaching” - “Being coached by Lisa has become a badge of honour at our firm!”

As an ICF Accredited coach, Jenny specialises in supporting people who are at a crossroads in their life or career and want to take bold steps to change their world. With over 20 years of experience delivering warehouse process improvements for global brands like Coca-Cola and Tesco, Danielle brings deep operational insight to her work.  She has worked across all parts of the industry: in-house, within a 3PL at Kuehne + Nagel, and as a warehouse solutions provider, giving her a unique perspective on both the operational and people challenges professionals face while rising through the ranks.

Danielle currently holds a senior industry role as Director of Market Development at Dematic, specialising in the retail and 3PL sectors. This keeps her grounded in the realities of today’s logistics landscape and adds real-world depth to her coaching.
