M&S Distribution Centre Site Tour

Following the success of our first visit, Women in Logistics UK is delighted to offer members another exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Marks & Spencer’s Distribution Centre in Castle Donington.


This members-only event will provide a fascinating insight into one of the UK’s most advanced logistics operations. Attendees will tour the distribution centre, learn more about its processes and operations, and have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the M&S tour guides. Afterwards, there will be an open Q&A, with light refreshments served.

AI is moving from the boardroom to operational reality. But the real challenge is not simply knowing what the technology can do. It is understanding where it can create genuine operational value, how it will change the way people work, and what organisations need to put in place for the change to last.


Join Women in Logistics UK and Argon & Co for an informal panel discussion over a light dinner. Together, we will explore how AI is being applied across logistics and warehousing, from forecasting and resource planning to automation, exception management and operational decision-making.


We will look beyond the hype to ask the practical questions: how do organisations identify the right use cases? What data, systems and processes need to be in place? WiL Cotswolds 2027 Retreat

We’re delighted to announce that booking is now open for our members-only Women in Logistics Cotswolds Retreat 2027!


Following the success of our first WiL retreat earlier this year, we will be returning for another special gathering in the beautiful Cotswold village of Notgrove (near Bourton-on-the-Water) from Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 February 2027.


Designed exclusively for a small group of women working across logistics and supply chain, the retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of day-to-day life, pause, reflect and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.


Over the course of the retreat, we’ll bring together thought-provoking discussions, expert insights and meaningful peer-to-peer sessions, alongside plenty of time to unwind, enjoy the Cotswolds, walk, talk and reflect.


It’s a chance to share experiences, learn from one another, build genuine connections and return feeling refreshed, inspired and ready for what’s next!
