WiL Skill Swap Session

We’re pleased to invite WiL members to a practical and supportive Skills Swap Session, hosted by Claire McKinlay, Founder of Route to Respect.
This informal session is all about making the most of the knowledge, experience and connections already within the WiL community.
The idea is simple: bring something you can share, and something you’d like help with.
Whether your strengths are in marketing, IT, systems, social media, business development, contacts or something completely different, this is a chance to exchange ideas, ask questions, solve practical challenges and support one another. Claire’s original proposal specifically encouraged a mix of skills and practical peer-to-peer support.
Please bring your laptop, your questions and a willingness to share your own experience too.

WiL Cotswolds 2027 Retreat

We’re delighted to announce that booking is now open for our members-only Women in Logistics Cotswolds Retreat 2027!
Following the success of our first WiL retreat earlier this year, we will be returning for another special gathering in the beautiful Cotswold village of Notgrove (near Bourton-on-the-Water) from Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 February 2027.
Designed exclusively for a small group of women working across logistics and supply chain, the retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of day-to-day life, pause, reflect and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Over the course of the retreat, we’ll bring together thought-provoking discussions, expert insights and meaningful peer-to-peer sessions, alongside plenty of time to unwind, enjoy the Cotswolds, walk, talk and reflect.
It’s a chance to share experiences, learn from one another, build genuine connections and return feeling refreshed, inspired and ready for what’s next!
