Senior leader with over 25 years of experience in transport, compliance, and logistics. Extensive board-level expertise across the commercial sector and industry trade bodies, with a strong focus on fleet compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.


As Commercial Director at Convey Technology, Karen works with transport operators to deliver scalable, software-driven solutions for driver and vehicle compliance. She collaborates with partners, customers, and stakeholders to ensure businesses have the right tools to manage compliance effectively.


A founding member of Women in Logistics, Karen has long advocated for progress in the industry, championing innovation and the role of women in transport. She continues to support the sector by driving forward digital solutions that help businesses stay efficient, compliant, and future-ready.

After stepping away from PwC in the early 2000s to focus on her family, Lisa found a new professional path in the logistics sector with tmWare. Drawn to the company’s ethos, she takes pride in supporting businesses through its innovative, cloud-based warehouse and transport management systems—developed in-house and enhanced by Android applications, all created in the heart of the Midlands.

 

With a strong focus on customer experience, she ensures that every client receives exceptional service. While tmWare’s expert Support and Development team handles the technical side, her role is to build relationships, understand each customer’s needs, and help deliver solutions that truly make a difference.

Lyndsey Phillips | Managing Director


Lyndsey Phillips joined tmWare in 2004, stepping into the heart of a family-owned software business dedicated to delivering innovative transport and warehouse management solutions. From day one, Lyndsey immersed herself in every corner of the industry, developing a deep, hands-on understanding of operational challenges and logistics complexities that face companies every day.


After more than a decade of shaping the business from the inside out, she assumed the role of Managing Director in 2018.


Today, Lyndsey continues to lead tmWare with a clear vision: to move the business forward while preserving the company’s foundational values of exceptional customer service and personal connection.


Under her guidance, the firm works in close partnership with its client base, ensuring that every solution is informed by real operational insight.
