Sara Duff
Commercial Director, Smart Quality Services
Smarter Warehouse
Sara Duff has over 30 years of experience in marketing, business development, and sales management within the corporate telecommunications and IT sectors. Throughout her career, she has seen first-hand the benefits of working in organisations supported by well-established policies, processes, and systems.
In 2019, Sara co-founded Smart Quality Services with fellow director Richard Duff to help B2B businesses implement best practices, robust structures, and effective processes that drive greater efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth.
Through the company's Smarter Warehouse consultancy division, Sara works with organisations to optimise their end-to-end supply chains by implementing cloud-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), and Dock Management and Scheduling platforms.
Smarter Warehouse is the exclusive UK distributor of the TBO4 Warehouse Management System, a platform successfully implemented in more than 300 businesses worldwide. TBO4 integrates seamlessly with a wide range of ERP systems, drawing on additional expertise from sister company Smart Manufacture.
The business has also recently become the UK partner for Mobiledock, a leading provider of loading dock management and scheduling software. The platform enables warehouses, distribution centres, and logistics operators to optimise one of the most critical - yet often overlooked - areas of the supply chain: the loading dock.
To complement its software solutions, Smarter Warehouse also supplies a range of industrial-grade rugged mobile devices. Designed to withstand drops, dust, and water, these devices are ideally suited to the demanding environments of warehouses, distribution centres, and industrial yards.
